Welcome to Reset Auto Glass Solutions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://resetautoglasssolution.com) and the auto glass repair, replacement, and ADAS calibration services provided by us in California.
By accessing our website or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Service Agreements and Scheduling
When you schedule an appointment for mobile or in-shop service, you agree to the following conditions:
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate information regarding your vehicle (Year, Make, Model, VIN, specific glass features) so we can source the correct parts.
- Access to Vehicle (Mobile Service): For mobile services, you must ensure the vehicle is located in a safe, accessible area where our technician can legally and safely perform the work.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
2. Payment and Insurance Claims
Direct Payment
Payment is due at the time of service completion unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and cash.
Insurance Claims
If you are filing an insurance claim, we will assist with the paperwork and bill your insurance company directly. However, you remain ultimately responsible for any deductibles, uncovered costs, or if your insurance claim is denied.
3. Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind our work. We offer a lifetime warranty on windshield replacements covering:
- Wind noise or water leaks.
- Loose moldings or manufacturer defects in the glass.
- Workmanship errors.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover new rock chips, cracks caused by impact after the installation, pre-existing rust on the pinch weld, or damage due to vehicle collisions or vandalism.
4. ADAS Calibration
Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) must often be recalibrated after a windshield replacement. If your vehicle requires ADAS calibration:
- We utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to recalibrate cameras/sensors to OEM specifications.
- While we strive for perfect calibration, vehicle modifications (e.g., lifted suspensions, aftermarket bumpers) or pre-existing electronic faults may prevent successful calibration. In such cases, you will be notified immediately.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reset Auto Glass Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of our services or website.
